My Story

Most lawyers follow a straight line. I never did.

My career spans three distinct eras of business and law, each one shaped by market forces I could not have predicted but learned to navigate through direct experience.

The Tech Era (2001-2010s)

My career began in the early 2000s inside Israel's high-tech boom, advising founders who were raising their first pre-seed rounds while negotiating with investors who were betting on ideas written on whiteboards.

I moved with them through Series A and B raises and into the pressure of NASDAQ and German public-market listings.

It was a decade of speed and constant problem solving, and it shaped the way I work to this day.

Cross-Border Work & Real Estate (2010s)

As Israel became more connected to global markets, my work turned increasingly international. I represented companies from Singapore, the United States, Canada and Europe entering the Israeli market, and I advised Israeli exporters and technology companies expanding abroad.

I spent years navigating deals that moved across multiple legal systems and cultures. Singapore into Tel Aviv, California into Europe, Israeli manufacturers into Asia. International business has its own rhythm, and I learned early on that it rarely fits neatly into the rules of any single jurisdiction.

Alongside my legal practice, I developed hands-on experience as an investor in United States real estate. It gave me a direct understanding of how capital behaves, how risk is evaluated and how commercial decisions are made when real money is on the line.

Over time, my work expanded into corporate formation and licensing in nearly 20 jurisdictions, from Hong Kong to Cyprus to Panama. I built multi-entity structures, drafted international agreements, created compliance systems and advised operators regulated in environments as varied as Malta, CySEC, Seychelles and Curaçao.

Digital Assets (2019-Today)

In 2019, I entered the digital-asset field at a time when standards were unclear and regulators were still defining the basics. The work demanded a combination of legal structure, risk mapping and international thinking.

It allowed me to integrate everything I had learned through years of cross-border practice. Today, I advise digital-asset companies operating across Israel, Europe, Asia and the United States, often under simultaneous oversight from three or more regulators.

Throughout my career, I have moved naturally between law and business. I understand how deals are built because I have been on both sides of them. I understand founders, investors and regulators because I have dealt with all three in real environments. This gives my work a practical edge.

In every matter, my goal remains the same.
Reduce uncertainty. Create structure. Build a clear and strategic path forward.
